What kinds of produce, plants, and flowers will I find at the Wholesale Greenmarket?
We offer in-season local and regional produce from New York and adjacent states. To get an idea of what is available this week go
here.
Who can shop here?
The market is open to anyone. We welcome retailers, institutions, restaurants, distributors, and the public.
Is there a charge to shop?
There is no membership fee or additional charge for anyone shopping at the market.
Do I need to place an order in advance?
For smaller orders, you can simply come to the market to pick up what you need. For large or

What's the smallest amount I can buy?
You can buy as little as a box, crate, or as large as a flat.
How can I pay for my order?
Depending on the farmer, cash, POs, and checks are accepted.
Are EBT cards accepted?
We will begin accepting EBT cards at the start of the 2010 season.
Is there organic produce available?
While there are currently no certified organic growers, we offer many products that are sustainably produced.
When is the Wholesale Greenmarket open?
During Plant and Flower season (March 24th - mid-June) the market will be open Monday - Saturday 3am-9am.
Will the market be open year-round?
The market will be closed during winter 2010. For winter purchasing, contact Kassy Nystrom at (917) 838-2309 or at
