Vincent Goble hails from the land of apple orchards, vineyards, redwood trees, and jagged sea cliffs commonly referred to in those parts as West County, but more widely, it is unknown how widely, as Sebastopol. As a boy he sold Gravenstein Apples at the farmer's market, endeavored in all things gymnastic, and traveled National Parks. He attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he earned a liberal arts degree while studying in Chile and China. New York for him is an unending ocean of quirks, gimmicks, opportunities and human truth. What truths is yet unknown to him; perhaps a delicious bite of apple, the mouth-watering scent of a cooking demonstration, an EBT sign waving in the wind, or a market-goer will be the catalyst. |
