All Greenmarket locations feature local farmers selling their homegrown fruits and vegetables in season. Many locations also offer local cheeses, meats, preserves, flowers and more. Customers can look forward to local tomatoes, cherries, beans, garlic, greens, cucumbers and strawberries when the markets open, as well as corn, peaches, eggplant, and peppers later in summer. In fall, watch for apples, pears, grapes, and pumpkins. Contact us for a specific list of farmers and products at a specific market location.
Greenmarket is a program of the Council on the Environment of NYC.
