Into its 4th year, this market serves the diverse residents of the area, along with the hospital and medical school community. Mt Sinai has been a great partner supporting the market with market demos, discount coupons, and promotions. Migliorelli's Farm and Gleblocki Farm are the main vegetable producers. Breezy Hill Orchards bring fruit in season, cider, and homemade pies and other fruit based pastries. Knoll Krest eggs and fresh pasta. New to the market this year will be Seatuck Fish.

Manager

Connie Zarate, a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, was born and raised in New York, but possesses the food heritage of her Peruvian-Asian and Guatemalan descent. Early in her career she spent her fair share of time shucking oysters, clams and handling the lobsters at a seafood restaurant on Long Island. Since then, she’s taught many people how to cook through class and demonstrations working with Sur La Table, Martha Stewart Living several Food Network shows. We’re thrilled she’s chosen to add Greenmarket to her vast list of achievements.
