Jimmy's No. 43 restaruant has the antidote to the post holiday doldrums: Greenmarket sausage and German beer, of course. The weeklong celebration tops off with a Cassoulet Cookoff this Saturday, January 17 from noon until 5:00 pm. Sizzling Greenmarket sausages and melt-in-your-mouth beans combine for slow cooked perfection, and a mere $20 at the door puts you in the center of the action. All proceeds will support Greenmarket. Wash it down with Sixpoint Craft Ales, a local favorite available for separate purchase at the bar.
Jimmy's No. 43Celebrate the bounty of the New York region as Artisanal and Greenmarket bring you the best of local cheeses and wines. Local cheese makers join us to talk about their hand-crafted regional cheeses, and we will explore the interplay of flavors as the cheeses mix and mingle with the region's best wines.
Please save the date, bring a "locavore" friend and celebrate the new year with local cheeses, wines, and fruits at Artisanal.
All classes at The Artisanal Premium Cheese Center, 500 W. 37th Street, New York, NY 10018.
