| Gabrielle Blavatsky is from a family of foodies and often catches herself daydreaming about her next meal. You can usually catch her at her local Greenmarket doing her weekly shopping. This San Francisco native moved to New York last year to pursue a Masters in Public Policy and Non Profit management at NYU. She hopes to one day help reshape our nation’s industrial food production system through policies that promote sustainability, local agriculture, and increase the supply of local seasonal produce in low-income areas. She feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to manage the Rockefeller Center market this summer. | |
