Iemanja Brown left her dream of being a cowgirl in Texas and now herds crowds at the Atlas Park market. Come talk to her about her passion for cheese, handed down from her mom, who's a dairy farmer and cheese maker. Or ask her about the oyster restoration, solar cooking and gardening she's been doing with middle school students when she's not at the market.
